The Waste Tire Recycling Production Line refers to a production line that shreds tires into particles through a shredder. After the waste tires are shredded by the shredder, rubber blocks of 50x50mm or larger are obtained. According to the discharge situation, it is divided into 3-20mm particle production lines.The shredded rubber blocks are then processed into 10-15mm rubber particles through a wire separator.

The tire first passes through the powerful blade of the shredder to cut the entire tire into smaller rubber blocks. As shown in Figure ②.
2. Nylon Separator
The nylon fibers in the rubber block are removed by the nylon separator to ensure that the rubber particles are not affected by impurities. As shown in Figure ③.
3. Magnetic Separator
The magnetic separator extracts the metal components (such as steel wire, iron wire, etc.) from the rubber block through a strong magnetic field. The steel wire can be recycled and the rubber can enter the next stage of processing. As shown in Figure ④.
4. Vibrating Screen
Classification according to the size of the rubber particles can ensure that the output rubber particles meet the specifications required for the market or reprocessing. As shown in Figure ⑤.
