Vertical Metal Crushers

Vertical shredders (scrap shredders, metal shredders, steel scrap shredders) are mainly used in the field of scrap metal recycling. They perform secondary processing on the metal pre-shredded by the twin-shaft shredder and bond it to the metal surface. They clean other materials and separate metals of different materials for sorting by other equipment (such as magnetic separators, eddy current separators). The hammer head on the top of the box crushes the material so that it enters the debris space between the hob disc and the wear-resistant lining of the box; after the hob is ground and crushed, the metal surface is effectively cleaned and different materials are peeled off. The metal is rolled to a certain size (50-80mm) and then passes through the gap between the lower hob and the box into the discharge bin and is removed by the scraper device. After the above three processing steps, the metal particles are suitable for transport without being packed and compacted, thereby reducing transport costs and equipment investment.
