Lithium battery processing equipment separates aluminum, copper, and positive and negative electrode materials from discarded positive and negative electrode plates for the purpose of recycling. The aluminum content of positive and negative electrode materials is less than three thousandths, and the copper aluminum grade is ≥ 96%.

The complete set of waste lithium-ion battery crushing and sorting equipment mainly handles power, energy storage and 3C single lithium-ion batteries and battery waste. Including batteries with common specifications such as cylindrical, soft-packed, and square batteries, as well as battery waste such as defective battery products and scrap pole pieces. The end products are ternary/lithium iron black powder, copper powder, aluminum powder and battery casing.
