The vibrating screen is a sorting equipment that separates materials of different sizes and shapes through the rolling of discs. By adjusting the disc gap, materials with large size differences can be separated. When the equipment is working, the materials are impacted, spread, jumped and rolled on the receiving surface of the rotating polygonal plate. All polygon plates rotate in the same direction as the rollers, causing the garbage on the polygon plates to move horizontally. During the movement, the garbage materials with a particle size smaller than the gap of the disc leak out from the gap on the side of the polygonal disc, thereby realizing the screening function.
This equipment can be equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the rotation speed of the multi-angle disc shaft, and the screening particle size can be moderately adjusted within a certain range. The screen hole is composed of a rotating polygonal disk and an isolation sleeve.
