1. Hydraulic wire drawing machine
The tire sidewall has bundled steel wires, which are relatively thick, so tires larger than passenger car tires need to first extract the steel wires from the sidewalls. The hydraulic wire drawing machine uses hydraulic force to hook the sidewalls and extract the steel wires.
2. Double-axis shearing crusher
The tires from which the steel wires have been extracted are crushed into long strips by a double-axis shearing crusher. After passing through a screening device, they are repeatedly crushed and finally crushed into blocks of about 5 cm. At this point, the tire blocks can be used as alternative fuels.
3. Steel wire separator
After being crushed by a double-axis shearing crusher, the 5-centimeter tire blocks need to be further processed by a steel wire separator. The steel wire separator uses a high-speed rotating main shaft to drive the moving knife and the fixed knife to cut, rub, and grind each other to further crush the tire blocks into small particles of about 2 cm. At this point, the steel wire and rubber particles of the tire will be automatically separated. After passing through the magnetic separator, the fine steel wire can also be separated to obtain pure rubber particles. Pure rubber particles can be thermally cracked to obtain cracking oil and carbon black, or they can be connected to the grinding equipment to further grind the small rubber particles into powders of different specifications for use as rubber powder.
