The Malaysian customer has a waste battery recycling and processing plant. He visited many factories on site and finally chose our factory as the supplier of waste battery recycling and processing production line equipment. He is very satisfied with the equipment in our factory.
Waste batteries
Used and discarded batteries, including mercury oxide batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries and lead-acid batteries, are hazardous wastes, while nickel-metal hydride batteries and lithium batteries that require greater crushing requirements are not hazardous wastes. There are generally three internationally accepted methods of disposal of used batteries: solidification and deep burial, storage in waste mines, and recycling.
Disposal process
After the waste batteries are put into the feed hopper, the elevator drives the feed hopper to rise in the sealed automatic device. When the feed hopper reaches the top of the hazardous waste crushing building, the feed hopper automatically flips over and pours the battery into the feed bin of the double-shaft shredder. At this time, the pushing device squeezes the material downward to speed up the material crushing speed and improve the Crushing efficiency. The battery is broken into small pieces by the shredder host and output through the hopper. To ensure safe operation throughout the entire process, professional fire-fighting equipment must be equipped. (This process is for reference only, the specific process needs to be customized according to the project conditions).
