Waste rubber

Disposal process
Waste rubber mixed with steel wire, such as various wheels and tires, needs to be extracted with a wire drawing machine first, and then sent to a special tire shredder by a chain plate machine. This machine is a combination of a dual-shaft shredder and an annular drum screen , crushing and screening are carried out at the same time, and the processed materials are sent to the steel wire separator and granulator in sequence to separate the steel wire, fiber and rubber particles, and finally the rubber particles are sent to the grinding mill to obtain qualified rubber powder of a certain mesh size .
